Will this pack suit my skin?
The Starter Pack is designed as a universal baseline. The Cleanser is mild and non-stripping, which means it works across what marketing calls dry, oily, or combination. The Moisturiser is humectant-forward and light, so it hydrates without occlusion or heaviness. If you have an active dermatological condition such as eczema, rosacea, or cystic acne, consult your dermatologist before starting any new routine, including this one.
When should I expect to see results?
Most people notice skin feels calmer and less tight within the first week. Visible changes in texture, evenness, and overall resilience typically show up on a four to six week curve. That is because the outer layer of your skin takes roughly 28 days to fully turn over. Use the pack morning and evening for a full month before judging results. How long does one pack last?
It depends entirely on how generously you apply. Typical use is somewhere between 4 to 8 weeks per 100 ml bottle. A pea-sized amount of moisturiser and a small dollop of cleanser per wash is the recommended dose. Heavy-handed use will run you through faster, conservative use will stretch it longer. There is no "correct" amount beyond what your skin needs that day.
Can I add Intensive Moisturiser or Depigmentation Cream later?
Yes. The Starter Pack is the foundation layer, barrier and hydration, that every skin needs. The Intensive Moisturiser layers in on dry days or overnight for deeper hydration. The Depigmentation Cream is formulated for localised pigmentation concerns, applied only where needed. Neither replaces the Starter Pack, they extend it.
Is it safe for twice-daily use?
Yes. Both products are formulated for twice-daily use. The Cleanser's amino acid surfactant base and the Moisturiser's pH of 5.0 to 5.5 are designed to maintain your skin's acid mantle rather than disrupt it.
